Alfred Eisenstaedt's Photos Live On



NPR has a great article on Alfred Eisenstaedt who  is known for his photograph V-J day in Times Square, one of the most iconic pictures of all time. Alfred Eisenstaedt (December 6, 1898[1] – August 24, 1995) was a German American photographer and photojournalist. He is renowned for his candid photographs, frequently made using a 35mm Leica M3 rangefinder camera. (Wikipedia)
